🔁 Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase.
If something’s not right, here’s how we handle it:

✅ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll sort it.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Please include photos of the damage and your order number
  • We’ll organise a replacement or refund at no extra cost

🔄 Size Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? No dramas, we’ve got you.

  • Exchanges are available for apparel items (e.g. t-shirts)
  • You must request an exchange within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • We’ll send out your new size once the original item is received

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns on:

  • Stickers
  • Caps (unless faulty)

❌ Change of Mind

We don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
